Preamp pedal: Ampeg SS140C/SS150 channel A

I want to do a part-for-part clone of the gain channel of the ampeg SS amps, with an internal bipolar charge pump to get +/-15V for the 4558's. This is different from the SNK VHD and PLX FX Spyritus pedals which are based on the ampeg VH.
