Hello!
I'm working on getting a Deluxe Electric Mistress going (from Madbean) and I wanted to run it 18V internally but keep my standard 9V throughout my pedalboard.
PedalPCB and AionFX both have very nice voltage doubler PCBs:
and

However, they both integrate with the footswitch which poses a problem with this build as I don't have much extra space around the footswitch. So, I grabbed the schematic from AionFX's 18V Voltage Doubler project (see link above) and made it into a perfboard layout:
(Front side)
(Rear side)
I was just hoping to get another set of eyeballs on it before I fire up the soldering iron. I know it's likely poor form to angle the electrolytics how I did but I wanted to keep things small.
Any suggestions or comments are welcome!
Edit: here's the schematic so you don't have to go hunt for it

18V Voltage Doubler / Bypass
The 18V Voltage Doubler / Bypass PCB is a direct substitute for the bypass boards that are included with Aion FX projects in the standard 125B format. It converts a standard 9V supply into 18V before…
