Hi everyone. For some stupid reason, I thought the toggle switch on the simulcast was for the voltage. I just had a look at the build docs and realized it is for gain. I've read here that if you leave out the IC, it will be 7-9v and will be more Fuzz like in character. I think that I might do it this way. My question is, do I need to do anything in addition to leaving out the IC? (ie, jumper 2 of the pegs on the IC socket) Could I just put in a socket and see if I like it without and if not, add in the IC later?
