Anything involving electronics/electricity scares me and might as well be wizardry. I am not a very technical person and I would love for someone smarter than me to make sure these holes make sense diameter-wise. It is just Tayda's 4 hole layout but with input/output on the sides instead of the top. I checked with all the ai and they seem to agree the sizes are correct but I don't trust that much at all.

Your link doesn’t work. It just loads the base template. You need to use the share link from “your” template for us to be able to see it. Go to drill templates on tayda then clink the share link next to it and paste that in here.
 
Yours look a little big. They will probably work okay though. Common sizes are as follows:
Pots 7.2mm
Footswitch 12.2
Jacks 9.7
Bezel 8.2

Also putting your jacks there is a horrible idea. Unless you have checked with a specific board your jack will likely hit an electrolytic cap or poly cap. It’s just not a good place for jacks. Either put them at the top as all ppcb boards are intended or move them way down closer to the footswitch.
 
Ok I feel a bit better already. I should clarify (though I don't think it changes anything) it is a powder coated enclosure so I added the .4mm to everything. I also am doing a stripboard not pcb. Sorry if this is the wrong forum because of it but it was the only one I could find talking about tayda drill templates
