Sourcing Parts - Total Noob Question

Hi all,

What an incredible community. I've lurked on these forums for a while, but will finally swallow my pride and start asking questions.

I'd like to start my DIY Pedal journey with something easy. I've gathered that doing a ZenDrive clone (Mahayana) will be a good place to start.

I'm sourcing my components over at Tayda and have a question about capacitors.

The build sheet says to grab these:

While searching for them on Tayda's website, I'm offered all types of different kinds of capacitors: poly box, mylar film, ceramic cap, etc. Which ones do you choose?

I'm sure there is a great sourcing thread out there somewhere, but I'm not stumbling across it somehow.
