Hey all,
A friend asked me about making him a splitter he basically just wants to at the end of his chain send his signal to two different amps which he will have at the opposite side of the stage, however he’s not trying for stereo (I don’t really understand why he wants this and wouldn’t just use a monitor, but it’s what he’s asking for so). Also he wants a volume control for each on the splitter.
My initial thought is just use the jack orman Amz Jfet splitter with a voltage divider for the volume control on the output of each channel.
Where I’m not sure of is what size resistors I should use on the in and out for the impedance and will the addition of the voltage divider for volume play a role for the impedance.
