The Fumble boost/BBC1.. and the Fetzer circuit. Deluxe.

So there's been some fanfare about the Fumble and the BBC1 and Dumble and not a Dumble etc etc. People say nice things about it.
So i got a Fumble board to play around with and started reading about fet boosts, looking for more information about how they work and why they have a rep.
then i came across this:

Is a BBC1 a variation of a Fetzer Valve Deluxe? or is it the other way around?
