Transistors from Aliexpress - trustable?

I want to buy a 2SK184GR transistor. It is cheapest on Aliexpress including shipping. But I wonder if I can trust the sources there that what they sell is this transistor indeed? Has anyone ordered transistors from Aliexpress to confirm this?

Also, on the surface of these there is always some extra characters after the name of the transistor. Does it matter what is written there, is it an essential variant identifier or just a manufacturing reference? These characters on the ones I found at Aliexpress doesn't mach the characters on the original transistor that I see in the device that I want to copy.

184s come in three variants as far as I know, -GR, -BL and -Y
There's a difference in IDSS between them.
From the datasheet(RTFDS):
IDSS classification Y: 1.2~3.0 mA, GR: 2.6~6.5 mA, BL: 6.0~14.0 mA

If you want authentic 184s, probably not going to get them on Ali. They were only made by Toshiba, I e. Not jellybean parts made across dozens of fabs.
If you were getting 3906s, yeah, probably/maybe real because there a dozen fabs on the big rock candy mountain pumping them out. But I wouldn't trust getting k184s or any "NOS" parts.
Possible subs:
2SK68, 2SK106
