TY-141P question

Hi Everyone. Brand new to the forum, but not new to building or Pedalpcb boards.

I will be building a British Royalty and Neorocyton soon and would like to confirm the primary winding of this transformer. Is the primary the side with the dot over pin #1? Does orientation matter since the TY-141P is 1:1?

Dot indicates pin 1, and it's on the primary side.
