URUSHIOL OD has got a bit too much treble in my build

The Urushiol I've built is a smokin' little box but is a bit too trebly. I'm sure that's how the original design was intended but I wouldn't mind experimenting with some other cap values to thicken up the brew. I'm thinking C1 and C7 are the caps to work with but honestly I'm still pretty new at this. Any thoughts? Thx!

It looks like it is a clone of the Red Snapper with some parts adjustments. It uses that 100k pot for the treble vs the Red Snapper's 25k. That pot works with the 6.8k resistor in front as an output boost and the pot adjusts the frequencies, so you have a lot more gain going on there vs the RS. You could swap the 100k pot for a 25k one or try soldering a 33k resistor to the outer lugs to make it close to a 25k pot.

Ok I will alligator clip a 33k in place first and give it a listen. If it's still a bit trebly would you suggest upping the values on C1 & C7? If so, what values would you suggest? Thanks for posting!
