So, I was perusing the schematic in the build doc from here...
https://www.otherpedals.com/shop/p/everythang-vibrato-phaser-tbntt
...and trying to think if there might be any mods that might make this thang even cooler.
So, how about adding a duplicate of the LFO with a switch so that the tremolo could be modulated independently (out of sync) with the phaser, or switched back in sync (stock), maybe something like this...?
Seems kinda straightforward, no? But I'm a little shaky about adding a second LED for the phaser. I'd like the phaser LED to always flash at the lower LFO's rate. I'd like the tremolo LED to flash at the same rate as the phaser when the switch is down (in sync), and flash at the upper LFO's rate when the switch is up (out of sync). Of course, I would also like the arrangement to not mess with the modulation in any sort of unpleasant way.
So, does this look good to go, or maybe sorta close? I'm curious to know if I'm missing anything, or if there might be a better way to go about this. Would also be interested if anyone has any other mod ideas that might be worthwhile. Maybe a second output with an inverting buffer for pseudo-stereo, or...???
