Like the title says I’m curious as to what I could use the charge pump board on.... any sort of OD/boost/ distortion? And is it worth the effort or just a fun add on that gives you a little extra head room?
I think the Covert/Catlinbread DLSIII, Tweed Man OD, Drive 55 and the like benefit massively from having the 18 V option. I have it on mine switchable from 9 to 18V and it kicks butt.

Do you think a pedal like the Triangulum, Tyrian, or Valhalla would benefit from the charge pump mod? And you have to run a 18v power supply? I’m still learning a lot here.

If you use a charge pump like TC1044spca they don't cope with more than 12V or so, don't feed it more than 9V.
To find out if a specific circuit can benefit from 18V you might want to try it first with external higher voltage and see if the sound changes enough and in a good way before you commit. And also make sure circuit will be ok with 18V, some opamps don't like higher voltages. Check datasheets and also the electrolytic caps for the rating of 25V min.
