Has anyone had problems with orders from Moonn Electronics? I ordered during the June sale, but haven’t received it. I assumed it might take a while due to the sale and that I am in the US. I tried emailing him, but didn’t get an answer. Any suggestions?

Go online with your credit card, click on the transaction there should be a "file dispute" tab somewhere. Click on it, and fill in the blanks. That should get their attention....

i was hoping to not need to go that route, but that may be my only option.

If you’re on Facebook or Instagram, Moonn answers DMs there very quickly. I’ve had one or two times where emails weren’t answered (probably overlooked) but never any issues with DMs

Never had a problem and they usually take a long time to get to me in Oregon. I've probably had 5 or 6 shipments, they all got here eventually.

I'm about to hit the 6-week mark with my order. Two emails, two FB messages, haven't heard a thing about the status. I put in a PayPal claim last week, we'll see what happens.

I connected with him via Instagram. However, we connected after I submitted a claim on PayPal. PayPal refunded me, but said that they would pay him if the package was mailed within 15 days of the claim. I asked if I needed to refund their (PayPal’s) payment to me, and they said “no.”

He sent the package within that time frame, so I hope he was paid. I got lucky and got the refund and the boards. I hope you have a similar resolution.

I really want the boards and I am pretty patient/understanding, but I'm pushing the time limit when I'm eligible for a refund. Hopefully it works out.

I messaged him on IG and got a response in about 90 seconds. For future reference, if you ever have the same issue, this is the way to go. Interesting business practice, but if my Magnavibe sounds cool, I'll overlook it.

I'm glad, because the good vibes IS great. So is Nils, just... evidently not at communication. Or organization but hey... kinda reminds me of me.

I think Nils started the last sale just before a 2 week vacation. Also launched a cassette only label upon return.
Even then, after shipment I think it took 3.5 weeks for my order to arrive.
