Tayda's ticket system

Hey guys, using tayda's drill and printing service for the first time and I made a boo boo in my drill template which I realised immediately so I raised a ticket with tayda as there didn't seem to be an option to re-edit. It has been five days though and I'm wondering if any of guys have made a similar mistake in the past and have to go down this route?

I can´t use the Drill system of Tayda since two days, I can´t choose enclosures or introduce the SKU etc

Have you input your order no. yet? For me you had to input your order number first then it allowed you to select the enclosure
