I just ran into this, and... I'm not entirely sure what this is. Autowah with ... fuzzy 'underwater spaceship' sound?

That was my immediate guess. Funny Cat.

The picture of the pedal in the OP looks an awful lot like the 3PDT.com Funny Cat sample-build pic.

I was going to buy the Funny Cat, an Electric Mistress, a G Decimator, a theremin thingy and a few other PCBs from them, but they went on vacation... "We are on vacation untill July 2020!"
