I built a red llama a few weeks ago on vero to try one out as I've never played one before. I absolutely loved it but still haven't gotten round to boxing it up yet. This morning a friend of mine mentioned the camel toe and after checking out a few videos thought I'd build up a green rhino as well to see how it plays with the llama and my amps.

So I went to my vero stash and I only had 3 decent size bits left one of which is 22x22 which is exactly the size of the green rhino layout on tagboard effects... I mean I HAVE to build one now. What are the chances of that happening? How random is it that I ended up with a perfect 22x22 square of vero!

Every now and then I sort through my clipped stripboard stash and find the right size for a small build. But, a 22x22? You got lucky, good sir!

I literally couldn't believe it and counted the rows about 5 or 6 times to make sure I wasn't being an idiot. I basically had the three bits above and a few small pieces I like to keep for mods or little daughter boards if required

I save all my scraps, you never know for what/when exactly you'll need it. Well... I never know.

I've done that counting thing, checking the vero chunk a half-dozen times... 😺 And coming up with different figures each time! 😸

That's why I counted it so many times I was convinced I was making a mistake
