Is it possible to add an effects loop to any pedal? (Hydra or Magnetron delay)

Preverb

I initially assumed adding an effects loop would be easy but then realized that there might be impedance issues. I assume this would require buffer/gain circuit in the "send". I also thought about a loop pedal that has a loop plus dry signal mixed. I looked at the dual loop project here but it seems like it is an A or B style choice, not both. The idea would be to have a delay pedal with modulation from a chorus or low tide. It would also be cool for reverb.

You would need something like the buff’n’blend to basically act like a looper. The delay would also have to be full wet so that the bnb can do the blending of the clean signal. From that, using switched jacks for the effect loop should be straightforward. I would make a diagram if I was on my laptop.

PedalPCB doesn't have a version of this right?

This is the one?:

So if I was building a Hydra and wanted to add this board plus a few extra holes at the top, would a 1590bb accommodate that?

That’s the one.

As far as size is concerned, I am not sure. If you had a 1590BB lying around to test it that would be ideal or you can make a cardboard prototype to see how it would fit?
