    Changed the R9 and reflowed some sus looking resistance and it did the trick! Thanks guys!

    C2 and R4 reads as expected, R9 reads 9k instead of 15k. And here's a pic!

    Found the problem: loose solder on one the the wire goin' from the 3pdt to the main board. Now I just have to search this forum since it doesn't Phase at all! 😣 I saw threads on that. Time for some reading! Thanks guys!
