Hey Everyone, I am trying to figure out how to mount two PCBs into a smaller 1590BB enclosure rather than a 4S6500 / 1590XX. Does anyone have any suggestion or examples of their builds?

@FangZhou You should probably change out both of them, and you don't have to change out any of the resistors and capacitors. The only resistor you would need to change out is the one I mentioned above if you want to use the pedal as a boost. I tried it and thought it was only okay. Nothing special.

@OscarA2B I would test the controls outside the enclosure. Make sure the pots are not shorting on any solder pads. I don't see a dust cover or electrical tape on your tone control.

@MauroRibeiroGtr Did you get the TL072 from Tayda? I used to get the same issue in some of my pedals. Then I ordered some TL072s from mouser, and swapped them. The noise in all of my pedals went away. Since then, I dont order any Opamps, transistors, or diodes from Tayda.

Changing R18 to a 50K made it so the volume at 2-3 o clock is about the same as the volume knob at full volume.

It looks like those were just updated on the build docs. I took a screenshot of it right before posting it to the thread.

Hey Everyone, I heard a few months ago that the chauffeur was updated to have more volume. I have been trying to figure out the best way to do this. Would changing R17 to a lower value, or change the value of R18 be a good place to start.
