Can you infer which circuit this schematic is original from? It is a 4-knob board and the original is written to use opa2134. (photo jrc072)

I recently became interested in the 320design brown feather pedal and am trying to make a similar pedal. Is there any related information? There is no information, perhaps because it is a Japanese-made pedal.

I want to modify the ultraphonix circuit and make it into an hrm version. Does anyone know anything about it? Even a picture of the circuit diagram is difficult to find.
