Interesting - I'll try swapping between the modes and see how it performs. If it's the relay then it may be because I bought a cheap thing on AliExpress. I can try and replace with a more reputable part.

Hi Robert thanks for getting back to me- I was under the impression that it already was in true bypass mode- the led is off when pedal bypassed. In the non true bypass mode I thought that's when the bicolour led came into play?

I built the VIIB VB2 clone. It works and sounds great I've noticed though when I turn on my pedal power supply the tone has a slight vibrato effect, but the led on the VIIB isn't on. If I engage then disengage the effect it sorts it out. It is in the Bypass mode. Is this normal? Have I done...
