No bridges, dc jack ok and replaced the diode. Still not working. But thanks!

Not a pro talking here, but have some experience tho. This pathogen drives me nuts. I measure voltages where dc goes in but after and on the negative side of the protection diode I measure nothing. I only have dc at the led and 'out'. The dc at out drops if I engage the pedal. Audiosignal...
