Got some new 5457’s, and I was finally able to get the voltage correct. Thanks for your help, it sounds much better, now!

Okay, when measuring between pins 2 and 3 I get 0 Vdc to -.6 Vdc on Q1, at either end of the trim pot.

So, I'm not able to get anywhere near 1.875Vdc on pin 1 of Q1. If I put the ground of the DMM on the chassis and the positive probe on pin 1 of Q1, I get from 0 Vdc to .720 Vdc through the range of the trim pot. I'm confused.

I just finished building mine, and I'm not quite sure how to set the trim pot. Is it for biasing the transistors?

Thanks, I might give that tester a try. I did quickly hook up some jacks and a switch to the pedal, and tried it out for a minute. It seems to be working, and I have the trim pot set roughly in the middle of its range. Still not quite sure where to set that. I guess the transistors are fine...

Yeah, I'm aware that there are a lot of fakes out there, I just don't know how to properly test them without the pricey Peak DCA Meters or whatever. I'm not sure I trust this T7 that I've got. There have been times that I tested a transistor and got a reading, and checked it again 30 mins...

I've just built this, but I haven't put it into an enclosure or attached the switch and jacks, yet. I'm curious about the 2N5457 Transistors. How do I measure them to make sure they're good for the build? I have a T7 tester, but it's been acting funny. Most of the 2N5457's I'm trying to...

Finally got it working, thank y’all so much! I removed the daughter board from the equation and used a new Gorva switch. All good, now. Getting signal when it’s on and off.

Nope, still in the same spot with it. Works when switched on, no signal passes through when switched off. Thanks for replying, I’ve been hoping somebody had some other ideas. I’m already on my second switch with this thing, but I suppose I could try one more. I feel like something’s wrong...

So yes, I get continuity between 1 and 2 in the off position. I’m getting continuity everywhere you mentioned. But I’m still not getting signal when it’s switched off.
