quick update! I replace the D3 as result the volume pot is working but the volume output is really low, the gain and the tone control does not do nothing!! Any ideas that can help me with? I am not ready to give up on this pedal!!!

Hi, thank you alot for the help first of all!! This is a quick update. That C3 was really a good catch, I just replaced it with a new one! I just triple checked all the resistors and capacitors Values and the only thing I found weird is R3 and R30 drops the value after been installed! R3 =...

Yes, I do have electrical tape under the tone control, just removed it to take the pic so the soldering could be visible! I dont get why I still have a little amount of volume but nothing else happens.
