I believe so. If i remember correctly I got an email saying my application was being looked at or something like that. I checked back the first couple days and I think I went back a few days later and clicked it and was let in.

I was beginning to wonder I'd made enemies somehow. Haha. This was probably back in January. It was atleast a week or more before I got in.
