Alright, sending all. The soldering looks more messy on the picture than in real... I had the BOM (The excel sheet) I traced the PCB with my limited knowledge. Well the C5 is mislabeled C4, and the R3 and R2 were interchanged in the PCB opposed to the BOM. The BOM isn't exactly to this PCB...

Hello I recently acquired Black Mountain overdrive PCB and it uses A250k pot for volume. I couldn't find it locally and I don't want to order one potentiometer... Are there any noticeable differences if I used for example 100K pot or 500K pot? Thanks

I tried it already by ear, no guitar sound only hum. I'll try it with measuring The gain knob affects the hum...
