I’m wondering as well. I’ve used fusion and successfully made a PCB or 2. It’s just a new learning curve and was able to import my libraries. It was Really slow at first, but I changed a setting (forget what) and it fixed the issue. It is more time consuming but will work for now as I train in KiCad
You know what gets rid of the soot? The only thing I found that works is Mr. Clean magic erasers. Exposes the aluminum and looks great. I have a 20w laser running at 87% power 46 speed and .0021 line spacing and I run light burn
I get free boxes, 7x7x7 from usps, they’re priority. And bubble wrap from Tayda and use leftover packing paper from my Amazon stuff. I pay the extra for priority because it comes with insurance up to like 150$? And they usually arrive anywhere in the US in just a few days. I’ve only lost one...
One mode is boost (no diodes) so you get more head room less break up, the other mode is crunch? A little more breakup with diodes engaged, a little less head room and third nose is “distortion” which it is not, just all diodes engaged and less head room. Mostly the modes are indistinguishable...
