I've done a few more than 3 but these came out best imo.
First is the Aion FX Ibex. This is a Roland AF-100 Bee Baa. The fuzz sounds pretty damn cool. It has a separate boost on a footswitch which, to me, does not make a whole lot of sense. Either way the fuzz is pretty cool. Plus there is a trimmer to fine tune the mids. Which is handy
Next is a PPCB General Tso. Which, if you are a frequent visitor of this forum, you know this is THE compressor. Not much more to say about it. I'm far from a compressor user but this will be an always on for my clean tone.
Lastly, a PPCB Sour Grape Fuzz. Which is a Keeley Rotten Apple Fuzz. It's a pretty cool opamp Muff. It makes good use of the TL074. I really like it even though it seems to remove a lot of low end. Which may or may not be a bad thing.
Satisfied with all these. I would have liked to paint the enclosures instead of them being bare (aside from the decal) but I don't have a good space to paint outside. Just enough to clear coat.
Anyway thanks for tuning in. Cheers to 2024.
