The two adjectives I would use to describe this pedal are "greasy" and "swampy". So far, I like the gain at 11:00 and the bass and treble at 1:00 (Les Paul through the clean channel of a Carvin Nomad). It sounds so good with those settings, I just left them there most of the afternoon. However, lower and higher gain settings sound great, too. And, the tone controls have a pretty decent range. Add some tremolo and it is pure heaven.

Inject some cholesterol into your tone with the 1212!

Hello everyone.
I just receive my argentum kit and I don't know how to solder those strange j201 transistors.
I mean, are those three mini boards the transistors? And the 3 small pieces with pins everywhere? How do I put everything together?
I'm trying to figure it out by the pictures but I can't see how it's soldered.
