Alternate Source for IRF740

In the Conspiracy build docs the IRF740 is linked to Tayda. Is there another source for these that anyone has used? I'm weary about eBay for obvious reasons. What about these:

The second link is a good well known seller, I have used their Australian store (Element14) many times in the past.
Newark is known by different names in different countries, they used to be called Farnell in Au many years ago, the company I used to work for then (Pirelli) used them for quality parts in the maintenance shop.
