This is one of the latest releases from Electronic Audio Experiments. A modified Maestro Fuzzstain. A interesting circuit from the 70's. The original was in a really box too so be sure to Google it. It's this cool combination of compressor and overdrive. John from EAE did a great job of reverse engineering it and putting out a comprehensive doc.

The circuit is finicky so it takes a little bit of dialing in. The fuzz knob is gain of course and sustain knob is compression. You can hear in the video how they work together (along with crappy guitar playing). You definitely can't max both knobs or you get massive noise.

Easy build and a fun circuit to jam on.

Been sitting on this pcb for a couple of weeks, thinking of doing the blend pot and LED clipping mods outlined in the build documents. Thanks for the demo!
