the og swirly!
grabbed the board about a year ago, took a while to get to it, but glad i did, it was well worth the wait and parts hoarding.
built this one with a couple mods from the big monk thread, incl.
- R4 - 4.7M, R2 - 6.8K for increased/improved output volume.
- 2N3904 for Q3, Q4
so much room for error, but eventually settled on a bias & gain setting that seemed to sound right
finished the build last month, but finally had some free time this arvo to make a lil demo.
+/- green russian big muff for extra flavours
i know it's been mentioned many times before, but damn I was pleasantly surprised to find how well it works as a preamp in vibrato mode w/ the intensity all the way down
