What recommendation How to prevent deformation of the dielectric layers in aluminum electrolytic capacitors from stored electronic devices that were manufactured in the early 90s and early 2000s and store my home at a temperature of 33-36C, humidity 57-67% and energized devices at 220v AC 60hz?

On startup using variac or light bulb limiter first before going to 220v and for preventing caps from drying; turning devices on few times a year

220v is the voltage in my house. Inside the electronic devices, there is a voltage regulator or transformer or a 5v or 12v power supply. I usually energize the devices for 1 hour (60 minutes), but the interval to repeat the procedure is unknown.
