Can I purchase just the top board for the Electrovibe Mini?

I borked my top PCB (the one with the pots) trying different arrangements for the pin headers. Can I purchase just the top board? Thank you

looks like the two boards are part of one larger fabricated board and they come as a set that includes the footswitch pcb too. that makes it unlikely there are any spare "singles" in inventory. but if you order a new board they you will have a spare for the other two boards.

on a related note, how badly "borked" is your top board? you still may be able to keep it in use for your build.

Agree with Zgrav, it'd have to be pretty badly borked to be a binner — it may not be pretty in the end but can probably be salvaged.

Otherwise, buy another board-set, as even if you could buy just the top board, the price of it and shipping wouldn't be much less than just getting another complete board set — though I do appreciate the waste-not/want-not mentality.


After getting a new board-set, the old bottom board could be

• a drink coaster if it weren't already populated.
• an experimental Frankenstein project (maybe try to perf the top board and just wire them together without pins — you'll need a bigger boat)
• wall art (I suggest above the workbench)
• desktop paperweight (with added weight in the form of a solder brick)
• shim under a table-leg for balancing it
• wildcard... whatever you can think of!

I roasted all the pads of one of the header pieces so now it won't mount unless I superglue it etc in addition to making jumper leads. I don't mind remaking the board. I took the bulb off and ordered a new set.

I wasn't happy with the way the headers spaced the bulb/LDR setup so I changed it. And then changed it again. Normally I'm not bad at removing soldered-on components but I believe the profile of the header was my undoing.
