So far, I've been using RG174 for shielded I/O wiring when required, but would be interested in a solid core alternative. I generally like the RG174, but don't trust the solder joints to withstand more than one or two reboxings of an effect. It always feels like it's about to snap at any moment.
ChatGPT suggests RG142, which seems to have excellent shielding (dual braid), but also looks kind of hard to work with due to the tinned shield braids. What other alternatives are there? I'm looking for 20-22 AWG solid core with flexible shielding similar to RG174.
