Here's my build. This one took a while, fitting it into the enclosure took a set of careful measurements so that everything would fit (e.g., so 1/4" jacks don't collide with the PCB, transistors or caps; etc.). Fortunately those who went before me had commented on the challenges, so I went in prepared and took lots of measurements, did a dry fit after assembling the PCB before drilling the enclosure, etc. To provide plenty of room inside, I placed the phone jacks so low that I had to file off ~1-2mm of the inner sill of the cover so it would close. But that approach made it a lot easier for everything to fit.

It also took a while to locate Ge transistors that biased OK and sounded great. I tried several Russian ones first, but ended up using the original AC128 and AC176, which biased easily and sound very nice.

The enclosure is fire engine red, with cut vinyl labels and lettering. It's for my own use, so I stayed close to the original's appearance.
To my eyes, it looks sharp. Hope you like it.

The gut shot pic looks a tad weird because of the fluorescent lights on my workbench.
And yes, the output jack wasn't fully tight when the photo was taken (hence the threads don't project out as much as the input jack.)
