Loop switcher for sharing effects loop pedals with multiple amps

I recently bought a device that allows me to switch 4 amps with 4 cabinets and any combination. It's great, but now I need a way to be able to share and effects loop pedalboard between the 4 amps. Will an ordinary 4 button pedal board loop switcher work in this scenario or do I need something different? Does it need to be wired differently?
Also I need something to rout the one guitar input to all 4 amps, maybe also switchable. Any affordable suggestions here?

Thanks

My only partially-educated guess is you want a relay switcher that allows reordering (Oscillator Devices Hydra, Morningstar Engineering stuff, the RJM Effects Gizmo) and a MIDI controller to switch through presets/toggle stuff etc.

So, this endeavor is inevitably gonna be expensive. As Feral alluded to, you don't want risk shitty phasing/electrical issues with cheaper options here.

This is the device.
It's a bit budget but it works fine. It only switches the head to the speaker cab, not one of those big expensive ones, I'm just a bedroom basher these days

They make one with an fx loop FWIW.

I know, I nearly bought this one, was torn, but I have 4 amps and this only did 3, thought I could make some sort of work around. Otherwise then I'm still reaching into the cable mess and unplugging speaker cabs and amp heads. I'm just going to get or make a looper and see what happens with the effects loop

So you want something that will take a cable from the FX send of each amp, go into your switcher, which has a send/return for your pedalboard, and then output the signal to the FX return of each of your four amps?

You'll need something with 4 inputs and 4 outputs, plus a send and return for the pedalboard itself. And an interesting DP4T switch

Oh, and a ground lift option

Yes, as you said. I have a small pedal board with delay, reverb etc in the loop of an amp that it would be nice if I could have it run into a loop switcher and every amps FX send and return goes into the switcher and I select each amp with a foot switch or whatever as I change amplifiers, that way I don't need an FX loop setup for each amp. That would be too many power supplies etc.

Will a normal loop switcher do this, or is it bad for the amp to have something wired up like this?

It's not bad for the amp. You're probably thinking of what might happen if you unplug a cab from an amp that is on, but this is different
