SOLVED Paragon sides sound different

I got this wired up a few days ago and initially had some grounding issues. I got those figured out, but now I’m having issues with the red side (left switch). The yellow side sounds great, but the red side doesn’t have nearly enough gain and the dip switches don’t seem to do anything.

I measured the IC voltages, but I’m kinda new to this so I’m not 100% sure that I did it right.

Red side
1: 18
2: 18
3: 5.6
4: 0
5: 17.1
6: 20
7: 0
8: 0

Yellow side
1: 18
2: 18
3: 5.6
4: 0
5: 17.2
6: 24
7: 18
8: 37

I have double checked the resistor values and reflowed the solder points. Any thoughts on where to start with this?

Have you tried taking the ic out and putting it back in. Make sure to push it all the way.

If you get 0v on pin 8 you are not getting power so it won’t work. Your op amp looks loose in the pic. It looks quite far out of the socket.

Anyway your issue is probably here although all your voltages look weird. Want to try again?

It seems you didn't use a socket for your ICs. You might have fried something when soldering. Also, the picture is not very clear, but it seems that your solders on the red side might need some work. 0v on pin 8 of the red side ICs indicates that you might have a problem there.
