REQUEST Cleaver Boost Tayda Template

Anyone have a Tayda template for the Cleaver Boost? I found one thread in Japanese or Chinese with no response, and another with a template link that doesn't work. Thanks in advance!

Here you go. This is based off the template so verify measurements on your physical board. Led is 3mm with no bezel. Adjust to taste. Power jack is for smaller style.
