Bluff Chill Devices - still active?

Ordered a pedal and some PCBs from them three weeks ago. I know they’re a one-man operation building pedals to order so I sent an email at the time of purchase indicating my enthusiasm about receiving the pedal.

I never heard back.

I’ve reached out to their Reverb Shop to no avail and social media seems dead since last December.

Maybe he’s taken a break from the socials and is on vacation at the moment?

Does anybody here have some light to shed?
 
Just heard back. Tom (Bluff Chill) wasn’t receiving notifications for some reason, so Bluff Chill is an active business.
 
Maybe? I emailed through the same address I had emailed prior, just distressed about having to reverse a bank transaction.
 
I was promised a follow-up by the end of last week and shipping of goods this week. I did not receive a follow-up and nothing has been shipped. I emailed Tom early yesterday and never heard back. I’m not interested in eliciting further empty promises via email only after again threatening to open a banking dispute.

Consequently, I just filed a claim with my bank to reverse the charges.

Bluff & chill is probably more appropriate a descriptor.
