    Solved! Took the switch out and rewired it from the top of the PCB. The whole thing works now but the Pots are backwards. Easy fix. Thanks All. This is my 5th build and my 2nd Pedal PCB. The other was the Leprechaun. Next up is the Procrastinator.

    Checked my potentiometers and they are correct. The PT2399 came from a reputable local supplier in Vancouver, I've ordered a PTC to swap it out.

    Powers up. I get a signal in bypass or on. NO effect in on position. I've used LM324N in Place od LM324A. Is anything obvious?
