    That was Version1, PedalPCB released V2 & it shouldn't have an issue in a metal enclosure.

    1. Confirm, you have rubber pads under the 3 pots in the middle of the PCB? 2. I looks like you have Yellow & Black wires going to ground on your jacks?????

    Check with the power disconnected if the High Pot legs are going to Ground in the problem position??? I see stray bits of Solder/debri when it's blown up larger in your pics! on the component side around the high pot area!

    It's a hard ask, you can offset the toggle hole with a file & use the provided washer that comes with it & that sorts out that issue. The centre top pot is fixable with some slight bending. To connect the other 3 pots I would resort to to solder lug pots with hook up wire! The Footswitch , I...

    LT1054 overheated, broken. What can cause this?

    Start again in the Trouble shooting thread, sounds like something is going to Ground via the pots?? With power unplugged, Check to see if 9v Pad has continuity with Ground???

    Simulcast No Effect

    It's a tidy build, I'm leaning towards the GT402B maybe B & E are 180 degrees or pins maybe touching??? Do you have a Transistor tester? Does it work in bypass mode?
