Yep, I think what happened here was not giving myself a reference point, and then I overthought it. And thanks! Ultimately I’m happy with the way it turned out.

This was my chain for a long time. There’s a lot you can do with zero pedals. Also, must-have and change-your-pants are two distinct categories. For example, the Data Corruptor makes me poop my pants, yet it is also the total opposite of must-have.

I’ve tried both FV-1 and Daisyseed. As a programmer by trade, I thought daisyseed was way easier to work with. I can use all the same tooling that I use at my dayjob. I’m not really a C++ person, but it makes sense a lot quicker than any FV-1 toolchain for me.

Nice build- I like that wrap/cover with the pastel colors. I had a similar experience with the stacked boards- easier than I anticipated. The BF-2 is great- it’s like a multitool for time-based modulation.
