I’ve done 2in1’s with an order switcher, but a buddy wants a compressor and a preamp with an order switcher, but both turned on by 1 footswitch. I’ve seen the diagram that shows the 2 to 1, but how would I incorporate the order switcher into that?? Tim

Wouldn’t I at least be getting some dry signal when the pedal is engaged if it were the trimpot? Hooked it up and was going very slowly, but nothing. Fully CCW got little pops and static. Little more static pop around 1 o’clock 🤔 but no actual signal when engaged, only bypassed

I had the same issue with this pedal. High pitch frequency when engaged. Most notable when the harmonic & bright switches are engaged.

Oooh I was mixing up P1 with what I’d imagined was the potentiometer on the main circuit board.

I actually JUST came across guitarpcb’s 2 knob job and thought that could be used. The diagram is a little confusing looking lol like obviously the P1 pot would stay on the main board, so is that running wires from the P1 terminals & the abc terminals to the desired pot’s lugs on the...

Hmmm. I guess in my head I was thinking I could just have one side of the momentary run to pin 21 of the FV (POT1 input/feedback/dwell control) and the other side with a resistor to ground…would that not change the resistance seen to pin 21 on the FV

Oh no, I wasn’t trying to mod anything in those 2 pedals. Was just stating I had some small experience with the fv-1 and having to source parts, etc

My first thought when I realized the EEPROM was a thing, was a Pythagoras circuit with let’s say delay, reverb, and chorus. Off the top of my head, I believe control 2 for all three effects is feedback & depth. I would like momentary there for quick oscillations, large reverb bursts, and trippy...

Excuse my ignorance, but this 3.3v source…is that a module I’d need for the switch to work or a spot on the board I’d need to find? My background is BYOC builds and just modding them with momentary switches as I described earlier. I can hardly read a schematic, but I’m addicted to YouTube...

Ordered one lol now I’ve just gotta dig through here to find momentary switch diagrams…assuming an fv-1 needs more than the normal hooking of up lugs 2 & 3 to whichever pot you wanna control.
