is building amps much harder.... and dangerous? ive made 2 pedals so far lol but i would love to try making an amp in the future!

becareful when ordering the pots! look at the pictures and make sure the pins are the same type... i just ran into this little problem.

ive only got 22 gauge ill just make sure to really tighten it down 😔

I was sorting stuff out for my pro-10 blue build and realized my A5k pot had these "4m" pins ive never seen before. All my other pots have what i think are the normal pins. They both fit into the pcb but the 4m pot would be at a higher height than the other pots. Any ideas on how to fix this or...

thanks for the concern everyone! im new to this so i havent experienced any prolonged damage. after more thinking, im pretty sure the damage to my little fingertips just came from directly touching the flux on the board. the damage wasnt noticeable and has already healed but ill be sure to go to...

Hey everyone! I was planning to start my first build, the amentum boost, and realized I dont have a 100pf film cap but I do have a 100pf MLCC. The pcb outline for C1 looks like it fits a film cap and I was wondering if putting a ceramic would change anything or matter. Thanks!

are the 50v electrolytic caps too big? when would the lower voltage caps be useful?
