Could I get a drill template for the Octarock please?

Thanks! All the others I found were 1 watt. I didn’t even think that the resistors were only 1/4 watt. Lol.

I’ve got the Cetus preamp and the rest of the line and while looking for the diodes I could only find the 2v7 in 1/2 watt size. Is this too small for the build?

What would be a good substitute for the 106un70? I’m looking for some that would fit the hfe requirements but going through smallbear they’re either too low (10-40) or too high (over 100). Is it more a sort through what I’ve got myself and hope for the best or is there a particular type that...

I’m building a Proposition and don’t have any transistors within spec. I was maybe planning on bypassing and jumpering the transistor. My question would be when jumpering the transistor, where do I put the jumper wire? Through the D to G? D to S? S to G? Or do I try and jump from each hole?

My tester measures Id and @Vg I’m not sure what uA it uses to measure. Would this be something I can use for this? So far nothing I’ve measured has gotten close to 1.0v they’re mostly close to what’s shown in the picture. Would bypassing that portion of the circuit have any effect on the sound...

Definitely second this request. Mainly for the drill template, I’ve got the board populated.

Sorry to hijack someone else’s thread but I got this inductor for the tearjerker and there are no real markings. One leg has a 1 in the plastic housing and another says 4. But there’s nothing denoting primary or anything else. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is there any way to get the Ample Alpaca bom? I’ve got nearly everything, just the protection diode is hard to read on the board. It’s a 1N400X just the last one is hidden. Unless it doesn’t really matter which 400X is used.
