Seriously? What about that schematic is questionable to you?

Metronome from "Electronics Projects for Musicians"

The "Tempo" control is quite usable, and I think sensitive enough for a practice metronome. I'd have to look at the schematic again, but I believe changing the high and low tempo limits is fairly straightforward, just changing out the right resistor or cap. It would probably be worth...

Metronome from "Electronics Projects for Musicians"

"Speaker" is just a bit more powerful of a "click", to drive a speaker fairly loudly. A 10k resistor in series and a 1k resistor to ground lower the output current to the "Line Out" so it doesn't smash the front of whatever you're plugging into.

FV-1 Clock Module, 1044 Inverter, and some fun!!

Ok, this is a board I made for a Gibson Maestro, You can replace the 3.3 v regulator for another voltage, but it only inverts the input voltage. If you want a Voltage double for 18 volts out from 9 volts in, you'll have to wait a bit longer and I'll do it. You could probably find what you need...

FV-1 Clock Module, 1044 Inverter, and some fun!!

I have a board for a Gibson Maestro that uses a regulator and a 1044 to supply -3.3vdc. If you socket the regulator, it should be OK to put any voltage regulator you want. I'm away from my files atm, so gimme a bit...

Metronome from "Electronics Projects for Musicians"

This is another fun time with vero board! The metronome from "Electronics Projects for Musicians", of which you can find a PDF on Google, which I highly recommend doing. I built this into a 1590A enclosure for my daughter, to use with her piano. It has a Pretty good "click" that goes from around...

FV-1 Clock Module, 1044 Inverter, and some fun!!

This forum needs some threads, so I thought I'd throw in my hat. All of these are VERIFIED, so have fun! First up, a super handy inverter vero, for that old fuzz! +9vdc to -9vdc! Next up, an FV-1 module with adjustable frequency. This has come in handy ALOT. Replaces the crystal...

    Crybaby 9v 535Q no boost

According to a schematic I found online, the boost is part of the output buffer, so if you have a unity output, the circuit is probably ok. The switch throw selects between a 10M resistor, and the 500k boost pot. It connects to the inverting input through an 11k resistor and a 4u7 electro cap. I...

    Wee Beaver

Try a bypass cap parallel to R7. Start with 22uF, then you can adjust from there.

Is it ok to have copper pours with deviations and edges like this?

Not sure about the program you are using, but on diptrace this would be in your copper pour settings, something like "Copper to Via keepout".

Twenty-two Sevenths/CMOS Build low volume - Supply Voltage Issue?

Pull the chip, and voltage probe the socket to rule out the IC. My 22/7ths is very loud.

The way fuzz knob on a Fuzz Face works

A B1k pot with a 180 ohm resistor from pin 2 to ground will give you approximately a 152 ohm pot with a "C" taper. Wire this in series with the fuzz pot..

Recommended components for JLCPCB assembly process...

Made an order last week at JLCPCB for some personal stuff, a few odds and ends. I live in midwest America, so shipping through DHL was like 30 bucks, my order was 43$. I was charged 100$ extra just for Tariffs! 145%. total was 170$ something. Fun Times!! Sorry, just had to complain a bit..

    SOLVED Troubleshooting ts10

Probably just a manufacturers mark. Does it rub off easily? Capacitor goo, (IME) is usually a nasty, brownish color and leaks from the bottom. The cap will also usually be misshapen, though this can be subtle.

    Volume mod Can of Worms

Yeah, I gotta say I tried 180k as well, and it's fine at 180k. Less volume, but not a problem amount.
