    What's on the workbench?

Maybe to differentiate between channel controls?

    Hell yeah, dude

Guvernator - More Cowbell! No, I mean more Bass

Hamish has the right idea. The only issue is increasing the C3 cap will sound great, but once you have the thing maxed out it might sound muddy, so you'll have to find a sweet spot for that cap value. I doubt you're going to see any difference changing the input cap. The 9.6nf cap and 1m...

    RAT vs RAT2

You can't omit R9 on the Muroidea. That's the equivalent to R11 on the Rat schematic posted and you need it for the output buffer. The 2.2m resistor R15 on the Rat schematic doesn't exist on the Muroidea board so you don't have to worry about it.

    RAT vs RAT2

Have you done a blind test between the Rats and Rat 2s you've had?

    RAT vs RAT2

If you omit r15 use 1uf or 10uf, it really doesn't matter in that case. If you include r15 definitely use the 10uf output cap. Like jwin said the resistor is in parallel with the volume pot and interact together changing the filter created with the output cap. Personally on the rats I've...

Building Shika fuzz on a generalist Muff Board

You can use a 100 ohm resistor instead of a wire to connect your power jack to the 9v input on the board. It's not going to have a noticeable effect if you leave that out. On the muffin board just solder your 100pf cap on top of r23 if you want to keep that cap on the input. You can even just...

    Grand Circulator Orbiter Device

Nice job! I'm pretty sure I read that it's based on the Small Stone. I built one too and I liked it, but I really didn't need all the controls. I usually don't label my pedals because it's pretty easy to remember the functions of the knobs, but I had to label the Grand Orbiter.

Memorial Fuzz (Earthquaker Devices Terminal clone)

Nice job! How is that relay bypass board mounted?

Tried to reverse engineer these 2 pedals.

1m resistor looks like a pop resistor. 2.2m is between base and collector. Emitterbis straight to ground. Not sure what's connected to the collector from power, maybe the 4.7k because 220k seems too high, but hard to tell without seeing the bottom of the pcb.

Texas Instrument doc "Tone Stack for Guitar Amplifier Reference Design"

I'll have to check out the pdf. You can use Duncan's Tone Stack calculator to play around with values and see how it reacts. There's an app that's Windows only, but there's an online version I use. I plugged my own values in this one when I was messing with it the other day...

Tried to reverse engineer these 2 pedals.

It was extremely generous of the seller to send pics to a person that wasn't buying it in the first place.

    Sorcerer/Wizard PTP

These deadbug/PTP circuit builds seem like such a headache to me. I made a point to learn how to lay out my own pcbs just to get away from vero board construction, which is as primitive as I'd wanna go. Hope you get it sorted out.

Collateral FX SLOW (Big Muff content)

This rules! As much as I love the arwork it's hard for me to actually read what it says. It does look super cool though. Can you explain the dipswitches?

    Massif/Ginormous PTP

The 1k isn't really the bias, it's what the fuzz control is on the fuzz face. If you really want to add a bias control you can add a b10k pot in series with the r5 4.7k resistor before the transistor's collect and change the 820 ohm resistor to 1k. That's what I've done with a few Meathead...
