I was going to ask about the gain and leakage of the transistors in the Buzz Tone. It's one of the few older fuzz circuits whose transistor specs I haven't been able to find in old diystompbox threads. I think the 2N2613 is supposed to be pretty high gain so maybe that's part of it?

Sorry to ping an old thread, but was curious if the Peppermint requires/tolerates leakage higher than what's generally recommended on a standard Fuzz Face in addition to the higher than normal gain, or do you still need to shoot for high-gain but relatively low-leakage transistors?

Going off of the build docs for the test platform to piece together a parts list for the micro protoboard: I think this kind of terminal block and DPDT on/on switch would do the job, but would be good to get confirmation on that. Plus the audio and DC jacks.

If memory serves correctly, those GT403s @MichaelW linked to are supposedly some of the leakiest of the Russian transistor types. I'm in the middle of a move right now or I'd test my batch of them, but maybe someone else has a batch to confirm whether or not that's true?
