For powder coating? With regular rattle can spray paint (enamel etc) you don't need an oven, just let it dry. It dries plenty hard. Powder coating however needs a hot environment so the powder liquifys then sets.

Ehx use a b100 for everything for better or worse. Easier to manufacture at a mass scale if you don't have to change things. But general consensus is A for volume, B for everything else.

I've never really liked the circuit either way. There's a ton of gain available but I could never really get a sound that wasn't muffled or present in a band context, which is probably why the mid-knob version made an appearance on DIY boards.

I've never been thrilled with Musikding and have heard too many complaints about their (lack of) service and communication. Best bet in future is to buy the PCBs direct from Pedalpcb.com and source parts from Tayda. Get it done right.

For small orders it is, but when you get charged you really get charged to the point of it being ridiculous. There's not really a middle ground. Anyway, it's cool taydas site seems to be working for you now.

Ah yeah. That only kicks in if it's above $400, and even then it's easy to slip through the cracks for a small packet like Tayda shipments. It's apparently more expensive than the money recouped if it's under $400 so they let it slide.

Same for here in New Zealand. DHL only. But so far they're the best courier company I've used. Quick, cheap, on time, communicative. I gather other countries don't have such luck.
